Rainy Manchester and Going Stateside
We’ve been very busy since we launched our wasabi nuts in April. First was the official launch of the new product at the Northern Restaurant & Bar Show in Manchester. New customers from the show and some great feedback have really got us going for a successful new launch.
Having extended Hisaki into key Asian food distribution, we have also succeeded in developing the range in the vending sector.
To cap it all we have been on our first major export mission to the USA, catching the not-for-profit New Orleans Wine & Food Experience along the way. We are converted to the wasabi-infused mayo with a fried prawn Po-boy!
